Dining at Log Cabin

At Log Cabin Camp we are proud of the quality of our meals and food that we are able to provide to our clients. Our style is home-cooked with an emphasis on detail and presentation.

We believe that one of the most important aspects of any successful camp is the standard and quality of meals that are enjoyed by each camper. With a campsite involving such a wide range of activities, we generally find after a morning, or afternoon of physical activity, people are always feeling very hungry. A satisfying nutritious meal is no doubt the best way to send everyone home happy!

We also cater for individual needs. For example:- Vegetarians and people with special dietary requirements. So please let us know ahead of time so we can do our best to serve you.

And we also like to remember special occasions, such as “Birthdays”, so let us know.

We are able to offer self-catered camps who are able to use our fully equipped kitchen.

The Main Dining Hall is the centre and hub for most of the activity at the camp site. It is where Indoor games are played and scrumptious food is consumed. The Hall is fully insulated and equipped with industrial fans for those hot summer months and an open fire combined with a combustion heater helps keep you toasty warm during coolish Ballarat winters!!! The hall is also set up with a Large screen TV, Stereo and DVD. It is a great place just to hang out in between meals or can be utilised as a meeting area. The Barn can also be utilised as a separate meeting area.
